We reserve the right to cancel any order that we reasonably believe to be:

  • Suspicious or placed with the intent to abuse our policies.
  • Undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

4. Pricing & Product Availability

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify the customer.
  • Product availability is not guaranteed. If an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative or cancel the order.

5. Payment Terms

Smart Choice Hub accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. No online payments, bank transfers, or credit/debit card payments are accepted. Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines and conditions are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund process is governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in that policy, including the mandatory parcel opening video requirement.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product descriptions, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Smart Choice Hub or its content suppliers.
