1. Return Window
Customers must submit a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving their parcel. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns only under the following circumstances:
- Wrong Item Delivered: You received a product that is different from what you ordered.
- Damaged or Broken Product: The product was received in a broken or damaged condition due to mishandling during delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for any reason other than those listed above.
3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video Requirement
To protect both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims, the following requirement is strictly enforced:
- Customers must record a clear, unedited video from the moment the sealed parcel is opened.
- The video must clearly show:
- The unopened, sealed parcel at the start of the recording.
- The shipping label on the parcel.
- The condition of the product as it is unpacked.
- The video must be continuous and unedited — no cuts, pauses, or edits will be accepted.
- Claims submitted without a valid parcel opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
4. Non-Eligible Returns
The following situations are not eligible for a return or refund:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage caused by the customer after delivery.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Claims submitted without the required parcel opening video.
- Claims submitted after the 7-day return window.
5. How to Submit a Return Request
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order details (order number, product name, and issue description).
- Attach or share your parcel opening video as evidence.
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide you with further instructions for returning the product.
6. Refund Process
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis, approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method. Refund timelines will be communicated upon approval of the return request.
7. Fraudulent Claims
Smart Choice Hub reserves the right to reject any claim that appears to be fraudulent, incomplete, or does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy. We take fraud seriously and may take appropriate action in such cases.
