We currently ship within Pakistan only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are typically delivered within 4–8 working days from the date of order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery times may occasionally be affected by:

4. Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification with your tracking details.
  • You can use the provided tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
  • If you have not received a dispatch notification within 2 working days of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Payment Method

Smart Choice Hub operates on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only. Payment is collected at the time of delivery by the courier. We do not accept online payments, credit/debit card payments, or bank transfers.

  • Delivery address is complete and accurate.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or providing an incorrect address, the courier may attempt re-delivery. Smart Choice Hub is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
